How to make an order?

After finding the items you are interested in, choose the quantity and size, click on the buy button and follow the instructions to complete the order (even without registering a personal account). However, we advise you to register in order to speed up the purchase process in the future . When registered as our customer you can login by entering the username (email used for registration) and password.

At the end of the order you will receive a confirmation e-mail summarizing your data and information regarding the purchase.


Do you accept telephone orders?

We are sorry but we don’t. Buying from our site is extremely easy and allows you to complete your purchases in 2 minutes! For any need, you can still contact us by e-mail (servizioclienti@imagoamens.com).

 

 What is the discount code?

on our social networks pages (facebook, instagram, etc.) will be published some codes that can be used just before the confirmation of the order in the appropriate box. Depending on the promotion they will be valid for a limited time!

 

 

 

Can I return an item that does not meet my expectations?

The Italian law (Article 5 Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 N.185) establishes that the consumer acting for purposes unrelated to his commercial activity - retailers and businesses are excluded - can make use of the right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller, in cases provided for by the law, and obtain the relative reimbursement or replacement. For whatever reason you are not satisfied with the purchase made, the customer will therefore have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the products, a written communication to the following address: Imago Amens S.N.C. Di Avagnina H. and Ghiozzi F. - Via Cassini 47 - 10129 TORINO This communication can be sent by mail, e-mail (recessi@imagoamens.com) or by registered mail. The goods must be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt and together with the Return Form duly completed. The costs for the return are charged to the customer. An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the return in perfect condition of the purchased products, unused, with original labels not removed and provided with the original packaging. The returned products must also be carefully packaged, in order to safeguard the original wraps from any damage, writing or affixing labels. The risks of transport for the return of the products are fully borne by the customer.

Products subjected to washing and / or damaged by the customer will not be replaced or reimbursed. Please note that for technical reasons, the color of the products displayed on the site may show slight differences with respect to the actual color: this variation can not be a reason to replace the product or refund.

 

 How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend by the item purchased and the place of delivery. You will find all the details on costs and shipping methods during the order confirmation phase.

 

 Is it possible to indicate a day and / or an exact time for delivery?

Imago Amens relies on various couriers for their shipments, depending on the delivery areas. The usual delivery times are Mon-Fri 9.00am - 5.00pm. For special needs do not hesitate to contact us at servizioclienti@imagoamens.com and we can send it to a delivery point near your home, so you can pick it up yourself when possible!

 

 Does Imago Amens deliver all over the world?

Yes, Imago Amens ships all over the world with different couriers depending on the area, also in countries that do not belong to the European Community. Please note that shipments to non-EU countries are subject to customs duties and import taxes based on the laws of the country of residence (which are responsibility of the final customer).

 

 Do you accept payment by cash on delivery?

We are sorry, we accept cash on delivery only for shipments to Italy for which there is a surcharge of € 7.00 for the cost of managing the service by the courier.

 

 

 

Is it possible to pay by bank transfer?

Yes, we accept payment by bank transfer.

 

 I do not have a paypal account to make the payment, how can I proceed?

PayPal also allows payments made by credit card or prepaid card to all users who do not yet have an account and need to make payments through the service. All in a safe and simple way. You can proceed to enter your credit card details on the PayPal site and complete the payment without registering an account.

If you do not have a PayPal account and do not want to register click on "PAY WITH A CARD", on the following page scroll down to put a tick on no thanks and click continue.

 

 Is my personal data safe?

We also remind you that you can request to delete your account and completely remove your data from our archive at any time.

 

 Can I add or replace an item when the order is complete?

Your order can be changed until you receive the shipping confirmation email. For any other question, do not hesitate to contact us at servizioclienti@imagoamens.com

 

 What about delivery times?

NB: Shipping times are subject to availability of items in our warehouse. Please verify it before proceeding with the order!

If the item you purchased is in stock your shipment will be prepared within 2 working days from the order date. For orders on Italian territory the delivery takes place, generally within 5-7 days from the date of order, for the other countries of the European community it takes about 15 days. For orders from outside European community there are more day required before receiving the package.

 

 I haven't received the goods and delivery time has already passed, what to do?

You can follow the tracking of your shipment by clicking on the link you received after confirm the order, so you can check whether the courier has already passed, perhaps without finding anyone. If you prefer, you can write us an email to servizioclienti@imagoamens.com and we will check the status and any shipping problems.

 

 The goods show some defects, what to do?

You can request the replacement for defects of an item that you purchased by filling out the form Returns that you found in the package. If you no longer have the form we will send it to you, or you can download it here. Form returns

 

 I bought a wrong size clothing, how can I replace it?

We recommend to check the size chart next to each product to read the precise measurements of clothing before ordering.
